Terms of Services

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the ScaleApe platform (“Service”), provided by ScaleApe LLC. By subscribing, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description


ScaleApe is a white-labeled software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides access to CRM, funnel building, and automation tools. Access to the software is granted only after the successful completion of an onboarding call, which is scheduled upon subscription. Clients are responsible for scheduling this onboarding session.


2. Subscription and Billing


•Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
•Billing begins on the date of initial enrollment
•Charges will continue automatically unless the subscription is canceled as outlined in the cancellation policy


Clients are solely responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and monitoring their billing dates.


3. Cancellation and Billing Policy


To cancel a subscription, clients must submit a written cancellation notice to [email protected] at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the next billing cycle.


Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in automatic renewal. Delayed usage or non-usage of the platform does not constitute a valid cancellation and does not warrant a refund.


4. Refund Policy


All sales are final. ScaleApe does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any reason. By subscribing, clients agree to this strict no-refund policy and waive any right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction or non-usage.


5. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ScaleApe support constitutes a breach of these terms. In the event of a chargeback, ScaleApe reserves the right to:

•Submit full documentation to dispute the chargeback
•Immediately terminate the client’s access to the platform
•Prohibit future access to ScaleApe services


All onboarding logs, access logs, billing history, and communication records are retained and will be used in any formal dispute resolution.


6. Account Access and Responsibility


Account access is contingent upon successful completion of onboarding. If a client fails to attend or schedule onboarding, subscription billing will continue as agreed. It is the client’s responsibility to complete onboarding in a timely manner.
