All payments made to ScaleApe are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services and the resources allocated to each client upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
By subscribing to ScaleApe, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Failure to schedule or attend onboarding calls
•Failure to utilize the software platform
•Disputes or dissatisfaction after access has been granted or payment has been processed
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.
To cancel your subscription:
•You must [email protected] your cancellation request at leastthree (3) days prior to your next billing date
•Cancellations received within three (3) days of the next billing date may not be processed in time to avoid the upcoming charge
Cancellations will not be accepted via SMS, phone, or social media channels.
